By accessing or using the AI Verifier application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

2. Description of Service

AI Verifier provides a platform to compare answers from multiple Artificial Intelligence models (including but not limited to ChatGPT, Gemini, Groq, and Mistral) for a given prompt.

3. User Accounts

Access to the service requires authentication via a Google Account. You are responsible for safeguarding the credentials used to access the service.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use the service to submit prompts that are illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not warrant that the results provided by the AI models are accurate, complete, or reliable. Artificial Intelligence models can hallucinate or provide incorrect information.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall AI Verifier, nor its developers, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
